Samuel Clarke is a London-based composer creating immersive, cinematic music for global television, film, and broadcast media.
An alumnus of the Royal College of Music, where he completed his Masters in Composition for Screen, Samuel has built a career defined by narrative-driven storytelling. His work encompasses scoring independent feature films, high-profile trailer placements, and licensed compositions for major streaming platforms and international networks—including Netflix, Disney+, BBC, Sky, MTV, and Comedy Central.
With his music featured in a vast and growing volume of broadcasts spanning over 70 countries, Samuel’s work has become a recurring presence across premier global series and documentaries. In 2014, he founded Motion Audio as a hub for high-end audio and music services for creative media. A dedicated advocate for British talent, he is a founding member of the BritSync collective and an active member of both BAFTA Connect and The Ivors Academy.
Having honed his craft through masterclasses with industry icons such as Hans Zimmer and Harry Gregson-Williams, Samuel blends technical precision with an undeniable passion for modern storytelling.
